Exercise Routine

Starting off as a 350 lb fatass, I am rather restricted in what I can do.  Running a 5K race isn’t a reality – at least not yet.

My plan for the first month is to do cardio daily.  I’ll be aiming for 45-60 minutes of sweaty treadmill walking.

I will be adding weights, but not in the first month.  I want/need to get a good kickstart in weight loss and getting moving as much as possible.  The cardio is extremely good for my mental health issues.
