Eating Strategy

My goals for eating are fairly simple, I think.

I’m eating 5-6 small meals daily, somewhere in the 1500-2000 calorie range.  I aim for both protein and carbs in the meals.

Lots of fruit and vegetables are a given.  I drastically limit carbs such as rice and potatoes, and especially breads.  Tuth is I try to eat as much protein as possible, mostly poultry,  fish and protein powders.  I love red meat, but I’m going to try limiting it for a bit.
