Excuse me for bragging, but I completely rocked the treadmill today.
I did a 60 minute stint mid-aftern0oon and a pretty fast walk, then I went back for more punishment this evening with 30 minutes.
I’d never have believed you if you’d told me that I could walk fast for 90 minutes on a treadmill. But as I continue to lose weight, I’m finding it easier to do. So I won’t be giving this up anytime soon.
I aim to head in both days this weekend. I’m needing to keep the momentum going. I’m a little sore, but nothing that can stop me. I’ll try to catch a good night’s sleep tonight and rest up those legs.
And then I’m back at the gym tomorrow morning at 8:30am.
